Jaye Dub's Lightweight Ranks

Post  Jaye Dub on Tue Jul 08, 2008 10:33 pm

1) Rex Williams (1-0-0)
He didn't exactly demolish his first opponent or anything but he definately dominated Terrance Reaume by taking him to the mat and submitting him in the first round. He showed he definately has submission and ground skills.

2) Jaye Dub (1-0-0)
Dub moves down after getting knocked down from a Jay Taylor uppercut. He recovered and went on to win by submission but he showed weakness so he moves down to number two.

3) Victor Gillean (1-0-0)
Victor proved how good he is by dominating Arroyo on the ground. While his stand up still needs to be tested we know he has lethal wrestling and ground strikes. Now can he avoid a KO or submission from Dub?

4) Terry Barnett (0-0-0)
An old IFA veteren returns to MMA. This guy brings a good ground game to the table and gives Williams a run for his money for the title of best Jiu Jitsu. Expect a lot from this guy.

5) Prem Boonyaratglin (1-0-0)
All we know about Prem is he can fire some decent low kicks. That's all he had to do against Kimber to get the TKO. Prem's ranking will go up if he beats Williams.

6) Jay Taylor (0-1-0)
Taylor showed some good boxing skills knocking down a tough boxer in Jaye Dub. He couldn't finish but he still proved a lot. We know he has stand up but his cardio and ground game don't look up to par.

The rest didn't show enough to get ranked.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, good sir.
I still need to test how I fare against the guy who beat my teammate up last time though. Laughing Let's make it a good one, Prem.

I really enjoy these rankings. some people sya they are biased but I don't see how they would be since you lowered yourself a spot just for getting knocked down and recovering immediately.

Man I am starting to feel bad for Prem Boonyaratglin. I mean you guys are like bullies just picking on him all the time. Look you even put a guy who has not even fought ahead of him in the rankings Laughing

How about we get someone to start doing this stuff for the other divisions?

These "rankings" aren't bias? Are you shitting me? He puts someone that he knows, who hasn't even fought yet, over a man that already has a win in this column for this leauge?

That's retarded.

But, like I said before, it is REALLY hard to take these seriously. I mean, I had the same people say that I was going to lose my first fight here. I proved them wrong by dominating. I guess I'll just have to prove them wrong once again...

Of course, even if I do win against Rex- I'll still be ranked like 4th or 5th some how Rolling Eyes

These are biased towards who I think are the best fighters. That's how I rank em. I do use the scouting reports...
